I am committed to carrying out the agreed exercises and management strategies between sessions, understanding that consistent practice is essential for achieving lasting behaviour change and giving my dog the best opportunity to succeed.

I understand that the information I provide will be used by The Collie Whisperer solely for the purpose of assessing my application, planning training and behaviour support, communicating with me, and delivering the services I request.

I understand that some of the information I provide may include sensitive personal information relating to myself or my dog. I give my explicit consent for The Collie Whisperer to process this information where necessary to provide appropriate training and behaviour support.

I understand that my personal information will be stored securely, treated confidentially, and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or where I have given my permission to do so.
